The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. A welcome pack including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices also enhances the stay for our Guests.

Nadmotławie 142 is an excellent choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or a family of 2+2. Despite its modest size, it measures 28m² and meets most requirements. A distinctive feature is the outdoor space. Additional usable space consists of a large balcony—an ideal place for children to play and for older guests to relax. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, and a SMART TV are provided.

The Nadmotławie 142 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, views of the river, yacht marina, and historic tenement houses of the Old Town accompany the walk to the Old Town.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area—consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars up to 2 meters in height. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of garage spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The rental cost is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
