Nadmotławie 147 is an ideal choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two. Although small in size, measuring 29m2, the apartment meets the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, a large SMART TV and a small sofa are directly opposite. This small space also includes a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Food preparation is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 147 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems to enter. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
