Despite its small size, it is 40m2 and meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The living room is combined with a kitchenette, equipped with a fold-out sofa and a TV with SMART function. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a comfortable shower.
The Nadmotławie 19 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG installations to enter. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
