The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel quality and the functionality of a private apartment. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome package consisting of tea, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 19 is an apartment with soul. Unusually and comfortably furnished. The apartment is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. Despite its small size, measuring 40m2, it meets the demands of the most discerning guests. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The living room is combined with the kitchenette, equipped with a convertible sofa and a SMART TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a comfortable shower.

The apartment Nadmotławie 19 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, along the way to the Old Town, we will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and sauna. Use of this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows access for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
