Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a nice smelling gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 20 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a maximum of 4 persons. Our apartment will meet the demands of the most discerning. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a spacious chest of drawers. In the living room you will find a comfortable, fold-out sofa and a SMART TV. In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. Naturally, the apartment also has a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The Nadmotławie 20 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will be continuously accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage allowing cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
