The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 22 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 persons. Our apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests.
In the living room, you will find a large, comfortable, fold-out sofa and television. In addition, a properly equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The bedroom houses a comfortable double bed and a spacious dresser. The apartment naturally includes a bathroom with a bathtub with a shower and rain shower, and a washing machine.
The Nadmotławie 22 apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława river, in the direct vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's area is only beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area – consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage allowing entry for cars up to 2 meters in height. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of places in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a place in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
