The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel quality with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 30 is an excellent choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family of 2+1 or a couple. Despite its small size, the apartment has 27m2 and comfortably accommodates up to 3 people. The layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 160 cm wide, right next to a TV, and in front of it a small sofa with a sleeping function. In this compact space, there is room for a bar, which easily provides comfort during breakfast. Meal preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, which has everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony.
The Nadmotławie 30 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, the walk to the Old Town is continuously accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town buildings.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym, and a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage allowing access for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The rental cost for a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
Please note that on the credit/debit card provided in the reservation, a refundable deposit/guarantee of 500 PLN is also blocked.
