The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a well-scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Nadmotławie 33 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people or a family with a child. Although the apartment is small, it has 29.5m2 and meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes sure everything is in its place. Comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa bed and a SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a bar with chairs, which comfortably provides space for a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a several-day stay. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 33 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town buildings.
An enormous advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits access for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of garage spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
