The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 36 is an excellent choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people. Although the apartment is small, measuring 28m2, it guarantees comfort. The layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 160 cm wide, right in front of it a small sofa and a television. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you can find everything needed for a multi-day stay. Additional space is provided by a balcony.
The Nadmotławie 36 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment’s neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization phase, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenements.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s common area — consisting of a children’s playroom, a gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The rental cost for a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
