The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 4 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 3 people. Our apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. The living room is equipped with a large double bed, a comfortable fold-out single sofa, and a SMART TV. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The Nadmotławie 4 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, and is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the route to the Old Town offers continuous views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spots in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
