Nadmotławie 44 is an ideal choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a 2+1 family. Despite its small size, the apartment is 28m2 and comfortably accommodates 3 people. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable 160 cm wide bed, directly opposite a large television. In this small space, there is also a bar, which easily provides comfort during morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 44 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations to enter. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
