The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 53 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people or a 2+2 family. Despite its small size, the apartment measures 29.5 m2 and meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa bed and a television. In this small space, there is also a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 53 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
