Although compact at 29.5 m2, the apartment will meet the requirements of even the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout makes sure everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa bed and a TV. In this small space there is room for a table with chairs, which will easily provide comfort for a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenette, which contains everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.

The Nadmotławie 53 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town townhouses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional charge.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
