The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel quality and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white linens and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests are also welcomed with a welcome set comprising a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 53 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people or a family of 2+2. Despite its small size of 29.5m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, in front of it a sleeper sofa and a TV. This small space has room for a table with chairs, which will comfortably accommodate you during breakfast. Preparing meals is made easy with a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a short stay. An additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.

The apartment Nadmotławie 53 is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, the yacht marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entrance of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows access for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
