Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 61 is a cozy studio that combines functionality with elegant décor. It is an ideal place both for a romantic getaway and a comfortable city stay. Thanks to carefully selected accessories and modern design, it creates perfect conditions for relaxation and regeneration. It is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults.
The interior has been designed with our guests' comfort in mind. There is a spacious double bed ensuring a restful sleep, as well as a small, fold-out sofa, perfect for daytime relaxation. The kitchenette is fully equipped, allowing for preparing favorite meals in a homely atmosphere. The bathroom offers guests a shower and toilet, providing comfort and privacy.
An additional asset of the apartment is the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day full of experiences.
The Nadmotławie 61 apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, along the way to the Old Town, you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and historic Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows vehicles up to 2 meters high to enter. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The rental cost of a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
