Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. A welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices also makes our Guests' stay more enjoyable.
Nadmotławie 67 is an ideal choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size of 28m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 180 cm wide is right opposite a large SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a table that easily provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. The fully equipped kitchenette allows meal preparation and includes everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 67 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town, we are continuously accompanied by a view of the river, marina, and historic tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost to rent a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
