The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 68 is an ideal choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people and a maximum of 2 persons. Despite its small size, the apartment, which has 31m2, meets the demands of the most discerning. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, directly opposite a large SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a bar, which easily ensures comfort during a morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 68 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building – consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which accommodates cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows access for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
