Nadmotławie 75 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a maximum 4-person family or group of friends. Despite its small size, the apartment, with 37sqm, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. The bright bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The living room with a relaxation area and a sofa bed is connected to a fully equipped kitchenette that will allow you to prepare any meal. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony - an ideal place for morning coffee or an evening drink.
Nadmotłwie 75 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, directly adjacent to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and the buildings of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG installation to enter. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
