Additional space is provided by a spacious balcony—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 77 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s common area, which includes a playroom for children, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations.
