The Downtown Apartments studios are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a gently scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 79 is the ideal choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Although the apartment is small, measuring 30m2, it meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, directly opposite it a large SMART TV. In this small space, there is also a table that easily provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days or longer. A separate room is the bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture. The balcony is an ideal spot for morning coffee and an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 79 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in direct vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area is only beginning its revitalization, the way to the Old Town is continuously accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
Please note that, in addition to the amount for the booking, a refundable deposit of 500 PLN is also blocked on the credit/debit card provided during reservation.
