The living area is designed for comfort and functionality. There is a comfortable sofa that can serve as a place to relax while watching the TV, as well as a large double bed with high-quality bedding, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The interior is bright and spacious, with access to natural light thanks to large windows.
From the living area, there is access to a spacious terrace, which is an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or a romantic dinner outdoors. The surrounding greenery provides privacy and promotes relaxation outdoors, regardless of the time of day.
Right next to it is a kitchenette equipped with a hotplate, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and necessary dishes and accessories – perfect for preparing breakfast or a light meal for two. Dark furniture fronts combined with marble floors and golden accents create an elegant atmosphere. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
The bathroom is furnished in a style of modern elegance – dominated by light marble tiles, with golden accents adding class to the interior. It includes a shower cabin, a sink with a mirror, a toilet, as well as a washing machine, which will be especially appreciated by guests planning a longer stay. Hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics are provided for guests.

The Nadmotławie estate is a unique location on the banks of the New Motława River, just a 10-minute walk from Gdańsk Old Town and its main attractions such as Long Market, Neptune Fountain, and Żuraw. In the immediate vicinity are the marina, promenade, Baltic Philharmonic, and numerous restaurants and cafés. The World War II Museum and the European Solidarity Centre can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The Brzeźno beach is about a 20-minute drive by car or tram, and other seaside districts such as Jelitkowo and Stogi are equally easily accessible. It’s an ideal place for those who value proximity to the city center and relaxation by the water.
