Relaxation is provided by a large, comfortable double bed, with a large TV opposite it. In this space, you can also find a spacious wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchenette provides everything needed to prepare any meal.

Relaxing with morning coffee or an evening drink is possible on a private balcony.

The Nadmotławie 85 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG installations to enter. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
