It consists of a pleasant bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony — the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 86 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The rental cost for a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
