The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests’ stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 94 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family of 4. Despite its small size, the apartment is 52m2 and meets the demands of the most exacting guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. Two bedrooms, a very sunny living room equipped with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a spacious balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 94 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, along the way to the Old Town, you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
