The living room is equipped with a comfortable and stylish sofa and a SMART TV. A separate room is a properly equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge with freezer and utensils to facilitate meal preparation. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower. 

Apartment Nadmotławie B12 is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children's playroom and gym. Use of this area is included in the apartment price.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
