The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own home. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome pack including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie C1 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a group of up to 4 people. The apartment measures 37m2. It consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room with a fold-out sofa, TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The Nadmotławie C1 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town tenements.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area — consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows vehicles up to 2 meters in height. The garage also permits cars with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
