Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics including shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set consisting of tea, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie C10 is an ideal place for a family trip or a getaway with your significant other. The apartment surprises with its extraordinary style, and its proximity to the center of Gdańsk makes it even more attractive. The living room, thanks to a large fold-out sofa, is perfect for an evening movie session, and in the afternoons, you can enjoy coffee on the terrace. In the well-equipped kitchen, there is space to have breakfast at a four-person table. The elegant marble bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. The cozy bedroom has a large double bed.
The Nadmotławie C10 Apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage hall is limited, and their availability is unfortunately beyond control. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
