Nadmotławie C14 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people or a family with a child. Despite its small size, the apartment, which is 35m2, meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and every other meal. Food preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where everything needed for a multi-day stay can be found.
The Nadmotławie C14 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The rental cost for a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
