Nadmotławie C15 is the ideal choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a maximum 4-person family. Although the apartment is small, with 37m2, it meets everyone's needs. It is comfortably furnished, and the apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. A living room combined with a kitchenette. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower.
Additional space is provided by a large balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie C15 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally charged sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
