The living room adjoins a modern kitchenette, equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in company. The bedroom is decorated in a charming style, with the center occupied by a comfortable double bed. A large wardrobe provides ample space for storing clothes and personal items, ensuring order throughout the room. The bathroom impresses with a modern design and functionality. A comfortable shower is the perfect place for a relaxing bath after an eventful day.
The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the spacious balcony, an ideal spot for morning coffee, relaxing reading, or evening meetings at sunset.
The Nadmotławie C16 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses will accompany us continuously on the way to the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows cars up to a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage hall is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
