Additional space is provided by a balcony.
The Nadmotławie C21 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's surroundings are just beginning their revitalization phase, the walk to the Old Town will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the marina, and the townhouses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage allowing entry for cars up to 2 meters in height. The parking garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
