The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel standard and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie C25 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people or a family with a child. Although the apartment is small, at 35m2, it meets the demands of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Preparing food is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The Nadmotławie C25 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, a yacht marina, and the buildings of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installation. The number of spots in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
