The 42-square-meter apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A pleasant bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room, equipped with a leather sofa and a SMART TV, connected to a well-equipped kitchenette. In addition, a separate room in the form of a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a large balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie C31 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
