Nadmotławie C33 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Despite its small size, the apartment has 36m2 and meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa bed and a TV with SMART function. In this small space, there is room for a bar with stools, which easily provides comfort during a morning breakfast. Preparing meals is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a few days' stay. Additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie C33 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town buildings.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
