Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. A welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices also makes our Guests' stay more enjoyable.
Nadmotławie C42 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two, a family with a child, and up to four people. Although the apartment is small, at 38m2, it meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, SMART TV and a comfortable sofa with an Italian frame, which provides comfort during sleep. In this small space, there is also a table with four chairs, which easily ensures comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay.
The Nadmotławie C42 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will be continuously accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately uncontrollable. The rental cost for a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
