Waterlane SPA A7 is a family, stylish apartment located in a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river. The flat is intended for a family or group of up to 10 people. The 105-square-meter apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine, a living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette and a billiard table. Additional space includes a large balcony with outdoor furniture.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.8 m in height.
Detailed instructions along with the number and exact dimensions of the parking space are included in the offer and the check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to call a service, which will incur an additional fee.
