Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set consisting of tea, coffee, and basic spices.
Waterlane SPA D16 is an apartment that stands out not only for its spaciousness (115 m²) but above all for its style, quality of finish, and carefully selected furnishings. Located on the fourth floor, it offers a spectacular view of the Motława River and the panorama of the historic Old Town.
The apartment is designed for a maximum of 8 people and consists of four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and the other two have comfortable sofa beds. Three of the bedrooms have access to a private bathroom, which ensures a high level of comfort during the stay. Additionally, guests have at their disposal a separate toilet, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment also has a balcony with a view of the Motława River.
All beds and sofas have been chosen with sleep comfort in mind – both the mattresses and the Italian sofa bed mechanisms guarantee a high standard of rest.
The apartment features above-average amenities — an evening-enhancing fireplace that can be conveniently operated from the sofa or armchair, and a pool table. Essential kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine and a solid supply of coffee beans.
A few floors below the apartment is the SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym. Availability depends on the number of available spots.

Waterlane is one of the most popular apartment buildings in Gdańsk. It is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, all the most important attractions of Gdańsk can be found. On the ground floor of the building, there are restaurants, a café, and a grocery store.
Please be informed that from September 22 to October 22, the SPA zone in our facility will be closed due to renovation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding.
