The Waterlane SPA D1A apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Waterlane apartment building, put into use a few years ago, whose great advantage is the SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Use of the common area is included in the rental price. The building is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town, the Motława River, and the yacht marina. On the ground floor of the building, you will find various restaurants, a cafe, and shops. All the most important attractions of Gdańsk are located directly near the apartment.
The equipment of this extremely pleasant apartment makes it suitable both for a romantic stay for two, a family stay with up to two adults and four children, or a group of friends. The 60-square-meter apartment consists of a living room with two folding sofas and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a balcony with a view of the river and the tourist part of the city.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions up to 1.9 meters in height.
