Waterlane SPA E31 is definitely a standout apartment. It's not just about its size (as much as 180m2). The biggest distinguishing feature is the style, equipment, and quality of finish. Another great asset is the view from the top, 5th floor looking directly onto the Motława River and, further on, the historic Old Town. The apartment, which is designed for a maximum of 7 people, consists of four bedrooms, two of which have dedicated bathrooms, a large living room combined with a very well-equipped kitchenette and a dining area, and a toilet. Additional space includes a large terrace.
A few floors below the apartment there is a SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym, access to which is included in the apartment price. Availability depends on the number of available spots.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 1.9 m in height.
Detailed instructions along with the number and exact dimensions of the parking spot are available in the offer and check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to call a service, which will involve an additional fee.
Waterlane is one of the most popular apartment buildings in Gdańsk. It is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town. All the most important attractions of Gdańsk are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. On the ground floor of the building, you will find restaurants, a café, and a grocery store.
