The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Waterlane SPA E31 is definitely a stand-out apartment. It's not just about its size (as much as 180m2). The biggest distinction is the style, furnishings, and quality of finish. A huge asset is also the view from the top, 6th floor directly overlooking the Motława river and, in the background, the historic Old Town. The apartment, which accommodates up to 7 people, consists of four bedrooms, two of which have dedicated bathrooms, a large living room combined with a very well-equipped kitchenette and dining area, as well as a toilet. The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 1.9 m in height.

Waterlane is one of the most popular apartment buildings in Gdańsk. It is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are all the most important attractions of Gdańsk. On the ground floor of the building, you will find restaurants, a café, and a grocery store.
