The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2022. The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk's more popular attractions — the Museum of the Second World War. In the area, there are many restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and workspaces. To emphasize the uniqueness of the location, a rooftop terrace was created for guests. From there, there is a charming view of the Main City, ships sailing on the Motława, Granary Island, and the Port. Use of these additional areas is included in the apartment price.
