The Nadmotławie A20 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. A great advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of this area is included in the apartment price. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is only beginning its revitalisation, on the way to the Old Town you will continually be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.
