The apartment is located on the 2 floor of a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, greened terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — comprising of a free gym, a children's playroom and a sauna available for an additional fee.
