Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests are also pleased by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nowa Motława SPA 38 is a wonderful apartment that will appeal to everyone. It is spacious, stylish, well-equipped, incredibly comfortable. It stands out with a great location and an even better view of the river. The apartment is intended for a maximum of 6 people. We have prepared 3 separate rooms for their use. The main bedroom is equipped with a large and comfortable double bed, TV, workspace, spacious wardrobe and its own bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom includes a fold-out sofa, TV, workspace, and wardrobe. An additional sleeping place is a fold-out sofa in the living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. The apartment also has a second bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by two balconies overlooking the Motława river — an ideal place to drink morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
A few floors below the apartment, there is a SPA zone consisting of a pool, sauna, and gym. Use of this facility is additionally charged and dependent on availability.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building completed a few years ago. The entire investment is located on Spichrzów Island, which is experiencing a true revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
