The Rezydencja Wintera 4.2 Apartment offers comfortable and stylish interiors, ideal for people looking for comfort. The whole is characterized by a harmonious combination of functionality and aesthetics, creating a pleasant atmosphere conducive to rest and relaxation. It is intended for a maximum of 4 adults.

The main room is a spacious living room, which serves as both a lounge and kitchen space. It has a comfortable fold-out bed, providing additional sleeping space. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, giving the interior a pleasant atmosphere, the whole is perfectly complemented by an amazing view of the river. The living room harmoniously flows into the kitchenette, which has been equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories, allowing guests to prepare meals on their own. Modern appliances and elegant finishes give the kitchen a unique character.

The bedroom provides privacy and a peaceful sleep. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, which guarantees comfortable rest after a day full of impressions. The interior of the bedroom is decorated in an elegant style, which is conducive to relaxation and unwinding.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, washbasin and toilet. All necessary amenities are available, ensuring comfort during daily care rituals.

The building of the Winter Residence was built right on the Motława River in the Old Suburb, just a few hundred meters south of the icon of Gdańsk - the famous Crane. The brick facades and high gables of the building refer to the port tradition of the city. The architecture of the building brings to mind the complexes of tenement houses characteristic of the Hanseatic city. The building is reflected in the waters of the Motława River, from which it is separated only by a strip of greenery. There are numerous museums, art galleries, theaters, churches, marinas, restaurants and beauty salons in the area. Bus and tram stops are 300 meters away, and Długi Targ is just a 9-minute walk away.
