Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices also makes the stay more enjoyable for our Guests.
SPA 23 is an incredibly comfortable apartment located in an equally comfortable apartment building. Its distinguishing feature is a functional and fully accessible SPA zone consisting of a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. The building is located right next to the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town.
The apartment is designed for a maximum of four persons, but a couple or a family with children will experience full comfort. The pool, underground parking, and amazing location are not the only positives. A huge plus is a several dozen-meter rooftop terrace with an incredible view of the Old Town and its surroundings. It is also an ideal sunbathing area. The height of the building makes us feel much closer to the sun while there.
Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk is undergoing a true revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
The apartment includes a parking space in an underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.75m.
