Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is a standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also greeted with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

SPA 33 is a very pleasant apartment located on the 3rd floor of a no less comfortable apartment building. This modern apartment offers exceptional design and top-level comfort.

The living room as the central point of the apartment is a place where you can gather after a day full of experiences. There is a sofa bed here, and opposite it, a television. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for the preparation of delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table. Moving to the bedroom, we find a charming corner designed for relaxation after a whole day of sightseeing or work. A comfortable double bed will ensure a relaxing sleep, and the cozy atmosphere will allow you to unwind and recharge for the next day. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A significant advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with an incredible view of the Motława River.

The building is located by the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. In addition to the pool and excellent location, there is a terrace on the roof with an amazing view of the Old Town and the surrounding area. It's the perfect place to sunbathe, and the height of the building ensures that we are closer to the sun.
