The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a gently scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. Guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.
Grano Residence 112 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk's Old Town. Exceptionally spacious 50-square-meter area guarantees a successful stay for up to four people. A comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a large shower.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel development. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA area consisting of a pool, gym and massage area. Use of it is subject to an additional charge and dependent on availability.
The building is located on Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów) in Gdańsk, right on the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river and the close proximity of the Old Town are immediate neighbors to the building.
Due to construction works near the building, noise may reach some apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
