• The central point of the apartment is the spacious living room with a large, fold-out sofa placed opposite the TV, which provides comfortable relaxation after a long day. In the same area there is a dining table, where you can comfortably have meals together or spend time over coffee.

• From the living room there is direct access to the balcony with a view of a quiet neighborhood, making it an ideal place for morning relaxation in the fresh air.

• The kitchen is fully equipped and allows for easy meal preparation. Guests have at their disposal a oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and a coffee machine, and the functional fittings and a complete set of dishes ensure the kitchen meets the needs of even the most demanding users. For guests' convenience a welcome kit with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.

• The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, so it can easily accommodate luggage during a longer stay. The muted color scheme and carefully chosen accessories promote relaxation and a comfortable sleep.

• The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and a hairdryer, which significantly increases comfort during both tourist and business trips. For guests, hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been provided.

The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the largest beach in the Tri-City and the seaside promenade.
