It is fully equipped, making it possible to comfortably prepare any meal. Additional space is provided by the balcony.

The Nadmotławie A35 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only beginning its revitalization, however on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina or the Old Town tenement houses. A major advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. Use of the area is included in the apartment price.
