Additional space is provided by a balcony.

Nadmotławie A48 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town.  Although the neighborhood is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic tenement houses. 

A great advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the area is included in the apartment price.
