Nadmotławie 45 is a very good choice for a pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a family of up to 4 people. Although the apartment is relatively small, at 38 m2 it will meet the needs of most. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures that everything is in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. A living room connected to a kitchenette. In addition, a bathroom with a large shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony — an ideal spot for morning coffee.
The Nadmotławie 45 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continually be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an extra charge.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately beyond our control. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
