Letnica 77 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment. 41 square meters guarantees a comfortable stay for two or up to four people. The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room combined with a properly equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate vicinity includes Gdańsk Stadium along with Fun Arena, offering gas go-karts, bungee, escape rooms, and a playground for children. Access to the Old Town is significantly facilitated by the Tunnel under the Dead Vistula. The apartment is also a short distance from the most popular Gdańsk beach - Brzeźno.
