The apartment is located in a modern residential building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next door, on the island Ołowianka. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. A pleasant, greened terrace has been created on the premises. A major advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and a sauna available for an additional fee.
